Kaysian commenced her legal career as an intern in 2009. She was called to the Bar in 2010 and appointed an Associate in the same year. She was promoted to Senior Associate in May 2013 and subsequently to Partner in 2016. Her areas of practice include Criminal Defence Advocacy, Personal Injury Law, Family Law and Conveyancing. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, and obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. Additionally, Kaysian holds a Master of Laws in International Financial and Commercial Law from King’s College London. She serves as a Student Mentor and is a member of the Advocates Association of Jamaica and the Criminal Practice and Procedure Committee of the Jamaican Bar Association.
