Personal Experience

Kenik Brissett holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from the University of London and was called to the Bar in Jamaica in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the Mico University College with Honours and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. She was called to the Bar in the Cayman Islands in 2021 and practiced there in chambers since 2019. While there, her main practice areas were Civil Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Family Law and Estate Planning, Immigration Law, and Company Law. Upon leaving the Cayman Islands, she was called to the Bar in the Islands of Antigua & Barbuda in 2022 where her main practice areas were Immigration and Conveyance. While there she was a member of the Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education & Ethics Committee.
